The sizing of your ring is offered by PJB. This work is carried out by our Belgian craftsman.

Each piece of jewellery is delivered with an authentication certificate signed by Pauline including the information relating to the pieces (stone, metal, etc.).
Returns
You have 14 days to arrange an exchange or to get a full refund. Please contact us straight away on enquiries@paulinesjewellerybox.com with the details of your online return request.

If the returned item is a ring that we have sized for free, then we will deduct the cost of sizing from the refund amount, at a fixed cost of 50.00€.
