Exchanging An Item/ Refund Duration
If you are unhappy with your Pauline’s Jewellery Box online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days – please note that this policy does not apply to in-store purchases. Please contact us straight away on enquiries@paulinesjewellerybox.com with details of your online return request.
We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Pauline’s Jewellery box. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

You will receive an email with an update when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our office to process your return package.
Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards or credit notes will automatically be refunded as a credit note.
Your Item Has a Small Defect

Tracking Your Return Package
To track your returns, go to the ‘Orders’ section of your account where you will find all the information you need. For any doubts we advise you to check the ‘Exchanges and Returns’ section in ‘Help’.
Returns a ring re-sized
If the returned item is a ring that we have re-sized for free, then we will deduct the cost of sizing from the refund amount, at a fixed cost of 50.00€.
